Greeted by a century-old willow tree as you enter this picturesque estate abutting a farm just 45 minutes from Manhattan in Old Brookville, NY, this early 20th century family home of two of our favorite clients was stuck in an outdated aesthetic screaming for some BS/D Sass & Pepper™. With a focus on creating a timeless aesthetic without losing the charm of #HoagSweetHoag’s decades of family memories, we gut-renovated and revamped the entire property inside & out while adding three additions onto it, pushing it to over 10k sq ft in order to accommodate our client’s growing family tree. Each and every detail was thoughtfully considered with special attention to the custom BS/D-designed kitchen, all millwork, window treatments, and vanities down to the kitchen floor we designed and had handmade by artisans in PA.

This project is a representation of what we create when given the freedom to design without inhibition and is truly our favorite in BS/D’s portfolio. We cannot thank our clients enough for having complete trust in our team’s vision and execution.
