Mountainside Supper - Summer 2021

What could be a more magical setting than dining on a delicious home-cooked meal under the canopy of the forest with birds serenading you? That’s exactly what we set off to do when we dreamed up our Mountainside Supper just a short walk up a trail on our property at Good Times at Upper Pine. Grass fed, pasture raised NY strip steak was paired to local grilled corn on the cob topped with a smoky cashew aioli and baked hasselback potatoes with fresh herbs & garlic from our garden. A fresh summer salad featuring an array of delicious ingredients helped to cleanse the palette alongside a Barr Hill Gin-based grapefruit cocktail before indulging in our fruit tart dessert. Hand picked stems from our neighbors at Little Pebble Farm help form beautiful floral arrangements Becky designed that only elevate the already enchanting scene and remind you that nature truly heals.
